REPORTING OF EXCEPTIONAL MEASURES AT DESTINATION
Connections cannot be held liable for not communicating information that it could not reasonably have had at the time of booking. We advise you to check again 72 hours before departure if there are any changes to the special measures at your booked destination. This concerns both your outward and return journey. These can be forms or other official documents that must be provided and/or a covid-test for the return flight that can be requested by the government of the country visited, the Belgian government or the airline. Be sure to stay informed at all times.

In our wide range of flights you will also see a number of destinations of which the country borders are still closed. On these destinations essential travel is allowed provided that you have the necessary travel documents & permits. This is often also the case in transit zones at a stopover.Always check with the embassy or consulate of the intermediate and/or final destination.

Flight only
In the event you have booked a "flight only" (unaccompanied by any other travel component), the airline has the final liability, Connections being merely the intermediary. In principle the carrier must reimburse its non-operated or cancelled flights within 14 days. Given the global scale of the Covid-19 pandemic and the plethora of files involved, carriers find themselves unable to meet this obligation. Hence all airlines established their own guidelines and procedures. As an intermediary, Connections tackles all travel files with utmost attention according to their initial departure date. Please be in the know that we must comply with the conditions stipulated by the carrier in question.
Comprehensive travel by Connections
You booked a fully comprehensive Connections trip/deal/tour including your flights plus at least one other travel item consisting of accommodation, transfer, rental ca rand/or excursion(s).
