In this versatile role, you will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for your colleagues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll management, implementing processes (digitalization), and participating in recruitment.
You won’t be alone! You’ll have the necessary tools at your disposal and will be supported by Lan Huynh, an experienced and supportive HR Manager, who will assist you in your development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll Management
Oversee the complete payroll administration with the support of external payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Assist in managing employee benefits programs and associated insurance coverages.
Act as the primary contact person for employees and external providers.
Verification and Reporting
Prepare and verify letters, contracts, and amendments related to payroll and personnel administration, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of documents.
Produce regular reports on payroll activities and performance indicators to inform management and internal stakeholders.
Legislative Monitoring and Legal Compliance
Stay up-to-date with changes in labor and payroll legislation through newsletters, ensuring company practices comply with legal requirements and updating processes and systems accordingly.
Process and Systems Optimization
Regularly analyze payroll data to identify opportunities for optimization, digitalization of processes, and payroll management systems.
Participation in HR Projects
Actively contribute to various HR projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience within the company.
Initially, projects will focus on process implementation.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from creating job descriptions to onboarding new colleagues.
Manage interns and maintain strong relationships with schools.
Your role will evolve over time, depending on the company’s needs and goals and your personal objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Technical and Language Skills
At least three years of relevant experience in a Payroll or HR Officer role.
Knowledge of social legislation and labor law, keeping up-to-date with developments in employment law.
Responsibility for complete administrative follow-up on each employee’s file, including payroll.
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel).
Knowledge of SD Worx payroll is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and presentation of information.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
