CONNECTIONS is looking for a Social Media Manager for our Support Center located in Vilvoorde:
We’re seeking a versatile and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across various social media platforms. If you have a passion for marketing, a talent for crafting engaging campaigns, and the ability to bridge digital and traditional marketing, we want to hear from you!
Your role
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our marketing efforts and brand visibility. You will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to effectively reach our target audience across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators, providing regular insights and reports to stakeholders.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance optimization.
Foster community engagement and build meaningful relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates through proactive interaction. (Including review tool management.)
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and platform policies regarding social media marketing, data protection, and advertising standards.
Own the social content strategy roadmap and manage the editorial calendar.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in online marketing and social media management (experience in the travel industry is a big plus).
Experience in content creation for the web and growing social media audiences (both organically and through paid campaigns).
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
Knowledge of social media advertising principles, including audience targeting, ad creation, budget management, and optimization techniques.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for posts, ads, and captions.
Basic understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong project management, teamwork, and communication skills.
Experience working with vendors and external partners.
Fluent in Dutch and French, with proficiency in English.
A natural communicator, confident in presenting campaigns and activities to different departments within the company, and happy to put yourself or colleagues in the spotlight of the vertical feeds.
