CONNECTIONS is looking for a TRAVEL DESIGNER for our travel shop in Liège.

Function & Profile

At Connections, you're not a traditional travel agent but a Travel Designer! Listening to customers, you use your travel experience and commercial sense to help them experience the world according to their own aspirations. You create the most extraordinary journeys to enrich customers' experiences.

You aim to meet sales targets by taking initiative and finding great business opportunities, while respecting Connections' values and customer service. You're the agency's ambassador!

You're highly motivated and love a challenge. You communicate well in Dutch and French. In addition to your keen commercial sense, you are action- and results-oriented.

Qualifications & Skills

  • You are a woman or a man with enthusiasm and motivation needed to start out in this exciting position.

  • A passion for travel is a must!

  • You are a born salesperson, with an excellent sense of customer service.

  • Diploma in tourism and/or travel experience.

  • You are proficient in various IT systems and preferably have knowledge of Galileo.

  • A very good knowledge of French and a good knowledge of Dutch are essential. (written and spoken)

  • You are customer-oriented, motivated and approach every situation as a challenge.

  • You are dynamic, flexible, stress-resistant and proactive, and fit in well with the company's culture.

  • You have impeccable administrative skills and a good command of standard computer software (Word, Excel).

  • Working in an action- and results-oriented environment appeals to you.

  • You would like to develop yourself within a dynamic company.

  • You describe yourself as enthusiastic and sociable.
